The PHoenix set is a joint effort from Fred Tanner and CHarli. There are lots of fun details about this set we know you are going to love so let's get started.

There are 152 tiles with 'never seen mah jong designs', including the eight gorgeous jokers. There is a special series tile, one drilled tile for a keychain or to tag your case plus two blank tiles. Also included are the case, four racks, two great dragon dice, coins and a booklet explaining our choice of designs and some of symbolism regarding the tiles. Finally, each set comes with a certificate of ownership documenting the number of the set. There is only going to be 25 of these sets sold, this does not count our sets. Each set has a numbered certificate.

Both Fred and I are excited about our little step into the future and this breakthrough process which means you get new graphics and fabulous color. These designs are not decals or stickers, they are actually incorporated into the tile, smooth to the touch and have a nice weight. Now, we do not recommend harsh cleansers, steel wool or dish washers but these high quality tiles are very tough so you can rinse them with water.

We are manufacturing these sets in the US, they are not being mass produced offshore. The set will only be offered on a limited basis. Initially we are offering this set in a trumpet style case for the very reasonable price.
