This is a vintage "ES Lowe" set, in near mint condition. Dating this one early 1950's.  Lowe sets are quite common however, quality ones are the more vintage ones pre- 1960.  These sets have distinctive "travelers" which are used as flowers and "emperors" which are used as seasons. Typically there are 2 jokers that say  "Mah Lowe" . Extra tiles have been added to this set so it can be played with NMJL rules.  Dragons in this set are also typical Lowe design. This set has 154 tiles, the extras will have joker stickers applied just as soon as I get around to it. It comes in a faux alligator (oilcloth) case with dark blue felt lining, there are 5 older catalin racks with coin holders with catalin coins.
