I am pretty sure this is a vintage "TYL" set, probably from the  late 1930's or early 1940's.  The really unfortunate part is that someone has already attempted to repair the ink and not done a very good job. The really unique feature of this set are the dragons, you will need to select "tiles" to have a look. This set has 152 tiles, the extras will have joker stickers applied just as soon as I get around to it. It comes in a faux alligator (oilcloth) case with burgundy velvet lining, there are 5 older catalin racks (with flat pin type coin racks), I hope to get some more pictures up for you real soon. There is also a bettor, 2 dice and the case has a key. The coins are vintage bakelite. Dating sets takes a lot of things into consideration; design, accessories and game content are the major things I look at. One other note, sets in my personal museum are not for sale.
