Up for adoption is a very nice vintage Met Games catalin mah jong set from the 1950's. There are 160 tiles, including 5 complete bouquets of flowers and 4 duplicate flowers.  I have not stickered any of the flowers for jokers yet, I thought I would leave that decision up to the new owner, if it was me, I would sticker the 4 duplicate flowers and the other 4 like them, with CHarli's Stickers of course. All the tiles are in very good condition, there is some oxidation in this set, but it's not as dramatic as the photo, I see some natural light shadows here. A few tiles have a tiny bit of paint loss, but that you have to look for.

Also included in this set are 5 pretty, burgundy swirled on yellow loaded with over 120 coins, a pair of red dice and a better.

The case is in good used condition, very clean, and only a couple little nics, the one side looks like it was dropped and it split along the edge, I have re-glued it and I consider it as good as new as far as being sturdy.  The Bakelite handle and other hardware is excellent.

The flower bouquets include,  the scholars, tall vases, the 4 honorable occupations, vases on stands and the flower blossoms.  This is a great set!  The bird is a perching pheasant and the number one dot represents the plum blossom.  One set of CHarlil's Stickers is included, you just have to pick the design.
